项目说明：	November 2021 - Construction works will start in Kaunas towards Lithuanian/Latvian border in 2022; April 2021 - CEF funding was awarded for the project; March 2021 - New tender will be announced for the construction of the railway bridge across the Neris river; November 2020 - RB Rail has launched a tender for procurement of engineering services for preparation, procurement and supervision of control-command and signalling sub-systems; June 2020 - Tender for the railway bridge across the Neris river launched; April 2019 - Contract to commence the design services for 78 km section Kaunas - Ramygala signed with IDOM; November 2016 - Second CEF Grant Agreement signed with EU; Project is part of Lithuanian section of Rail Baltica that includes construction of rail line to connect Baltic states (Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania) with Poland and Finland; Project is being developed by RB Rail AS, jointly owned by Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania; Total estimated cost of project is EUR5.8bn (USD6.3bn) in Baltic states
