| 摘要： | Fuer die IT-Entwicklungen im Strassen- und Verkehrswesen wurde der "Objektkatalog fuer das Strassen- und Verkehrswesen (OKSTRA)" eingefuehrt. OKSTRA ist ein verbindlicher Katalog fuer die Struktur der IT-Objekte und deren Beziehungen untereinander, die aus den verschiedenen Fachbereichen des Strassen- und Verkehrswesens als Eingabe- und Ausgabedaten der beteiligten IT-Prozesse zu benutzen sind. Die bestehenden Regelwerke bilden die fachliche Grundlage dieses Objektkatalogs. Der wesentliche Nutzen des OKSTRA besteht in dem standardisierten, medienbruchfreien Informationsfluss innerhalb der Prozessketten, wodurch die Wirtschaftlichkeit und die Qualitaet der beteiligten Prozesse wesentlich erhoeht wird. OKSTRA wird stetig weiterentwickelt, Aenderungs- und Erweiterungsauftraege mit allen am Regelwerk und am Verfahren beteiligten Fachleuten abgestimmt. Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Projekts ist unter anderem die Modellierung der folgenden Objekte vorgesehen: Objekt-ID, Objekte gemaess ASB-Bestand, Planungsobjekte gemaess Katalog RAS-Verm, Objekte fuer die Bauabrechnung (Abschluss der Arbeiten), Objekte fuer die Landschaftsplanung und Objekt "Massnahme". ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The "object catalogue for the road and traffic system (OKSTRA)" was introduced for IT developments in road and traffic systems. OKSTRA is a mandatory catalogue for the structure of IT objects and their relations between each other, which must be used from the different specialist areas of the road and traffic system as input and output data of the participating IT processes. The existing rules and regulations form the technical basis for this object catalogue. The essential use of OKSTRA consists in the standardised, media-free flow of information within the process chains whereby the economic viability and the quality of the participating processes is increased considerably. OKSTRA is continuously being developed further, modification and expansion orders with all specialists participating in the body of rules and regulations and in the process are agreed on. The modelling of the following objects are planned amongst other things within the framework of the present project: Object - ID, objects according to ASB inventory, planning objects according to the catalogue RAS-Verm, objects for the construction calculation (end of work), objects for landscaping and the object "measures." |
