项目说明：	August 2021 - Adani Ports appoints Neeraj Bansal as CEO for Dighi Port; February 2021 - Adani Group recently completed the acquisition of the port for INR7.1bn (USD97.3mn); July 2020 - NCLAT upheld Adani group firm takeover of Dighi Port; March 2020 - Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd resolution plan for project brought it closer to buying Dighi Port; July 2019 - Dighi Port Ltd dragged into bankruptcy proceedings under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) after NCLT ordered start of corporate insolvency resolution process on a petition brought by DBM Geotechnics and Constructions; April 2018 - Project started partial operations from two multi-purpose berths that can load coal, bauxite, steel coils and containers; Project encompasses five berths with an installed capacity of 30 million tonnes and 14.5 meters depth across a land bank of 1,600 acres and is part of Dighi Port Project which will be able to handle 100 million tonnes of cargo; PPP model - Build, Own, Operate, Share, Transfer (BOOST)
