项目说明：	July 2021 - Project under planning stage; July 2020 - Last month the Navy commissioned a berthing facility at the project; January 2018 - India has extended a fresh financial assistance of USD45.27mn, that would be used for the remaining 2 phases; Project was proposed to be implemented in 6 stages, first four phases were completed by 2013 which included works related to geo-technical studies, wreck removal and disposal, dredging and hydrographic survey; Final 2 phases includes works relating to the rehabilitation of the breakwater and existing pier, construction of a new pier for commercial cargo handling and installation of port infrastructure facilities
