| 项目说明： | May 2021 - State Cabinet approved financial sanction of INR11.48bn (USD155mn) for creation of infrastructure at Krishnapatnam Port; December 2020 - Project secured environmental approval for phase III; September 2020 - Adani Group has been directed to submit a revised application to obtain environmental clearances for phase III; May 2020 - Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) looking at re-negotiating price for acquiring 75% stake in Krishnapatnam Port Company Limited; January 2020 - Phase III under planning stage; August 2019 - Construction underway on Phase II; Financial close for Phase II was achieved in March 2009; Project is being built in 3 phases, Phase I which has 4 berths was completed in July 2008, Phase II involving construction of seven berths capable of handling 10 vessels and a cargo of 40 million TPA and Phase III involving construction of 20 berths to handle about 153.7 MTPA of non-container cargo and 2.2 MTPA of container cargo; PPP Model - Build-Operate-Share-Transfer (BOST) |
