| 摘要： | Das Sicherungsverhalten von Verkehrsteilnehmern hat fuer die langfristige Entwicklung der Verkehrssicherheit eine entscheidende Bedeutung. Die Benutzung von Gurten und Kinderschutzsystemen im Pkw sowie die Schutzbekleidung im Zweiradverkehr tragen wesentlich zu einer Verringerung der Unfallfolgen bei. Insofern kommt der laufenden Beobachtung und Berichterstattung zum Schutzverhalten - auch aus verkehrspolitischen Gruenden und fuer den internationalen Abgleich - besonderes Gewicht zu. In die Verkehrsbeobachtung eingeschlossen werden in 2005 ebenfalls die Fahrzeuge des Gueterverkehrs auf Autobahnen und Landstrassen. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: Behaviour with respect to safety of traffic participants has a marked significance in the long term development of traffic safety. The use of seat belts and systems for protecting children in cars as well as protective clothing in two-wheeler traffic make an important contribution to a reduction in the consequences of accidents. Therefore particular value is attached to the continuous observance and reporting on protective behaviour - also for reasons that have to do with transport policy and for the purposes of international comparison. Freight transport vehicles on motorways and highways will also be included in traffic observation in 2005. |
