| 项目说明： | July 2021 - Project under planning stage; June 2021 - Ministry of Transport and Communications has agreed to the loan agreement presented by project concessionaire DP World Callao to execute the project; May 2021 - DP World will invest more than USD350mn for expansion of the main container terminal in expansion of the container terminal to 390,000 square metre and extension of an associated dock to 1.05km; DP World recently signed a USD200mn construction contract for the project; March 2021 - APN approved technical files; August 2020 - DP World Callao plans to modify the scope and schedule for the expansion of the main container terminal due to the Covid-19 pandemic; February 2020 - APN and DP World Callao signed addendum No. 2 of the concession contract, to develop the terminal extension for phase II which will increase capacity to 1.9mn TEUs; September 2019 - DP world has completed phase I and is in the process of process of addendum for phase II; Project to be carried out in phases, Phase I added 650m long dock, port equipment, which includes 7 cranes gantry, 18 yard cranes, 36 tracts and other vehicles while Phase II will consist of the extension of the pier from 650 to 960m thereby increasing the total terminal area from 27.6 hectares to 30.3 |
