项目说明：	November 2021 - Cosan has signed a binding proposal to buy 100% of the Port of Sao Luis, the acquisition is subject to the approval of Brazilian and Chinese authorities, after Brazilian anti-trust authority, Cade, approves the deal, Cosan will buy a 49% stake at the port, and will then buy CCCC’s remaining 51% stake; October 2020 - Construction underway; November 2019 - CCCC is expected to provide additional USD1bn investment in the project on which construction began in March 2018 with four year deadline; January 2018 - CCCC signed document to formalize the partnership for the construction of project in partnership with Wtorre; May 2016 - China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) to invest BRL400mn (USD114mn) in terminal as partner of Wtorre; January 2016 - Wtorre to invest to build the facility; Terminal will be multipurpose terminal that will bring together the movement of dry bulk, liquid bulk and general cargo with annual handling capacity of 24.8mn tonnes; Project to be carried out in phases, Phase I will require BRL800mn (USD139mn); Project Cost - BRL1.5bn
