项目说明：	December 2021 - Japan International Cooperation Agency has completed the study for phase II and III; February 2021 - The first phase has completed the design and will begin construction soon, to be completed by 2023, the government is opening for the development partners to study the second and third phases with a depth of 16 meters and 17.50 meters; July 2020 - Sihanoukville Autonomous Port unveiled plans for deepwater port terminal; Project to be delivered in five phases; In phase II, the terminal will be expanded to 410m in length and 16m in depth; while the Phase III will increase the length to 440m and the depth to 17.5m which will help in managing increasing container traffic
