项目说明：	November 2021 - Enabling works to commence soon while main construction will begin in the spring of 2022; March 2021 - Cumbria County Council has shortlisted Morgan Sindall Group to deliver the proposed project; October 2020 - Project received approval from county council Development Control and Regulation Committee; August 2020 - Cumbria County Council in the UK has opened tender for the construction of the link road; Project will include four new roundabouts, five cycle bridges, four road bridges and a cycle path. Road provides link between Junction 42 on the M6 and the A595 connecting to the Carlisle Northern Development Route; Project cost - GBP65mn
