项目说明：	October 2021 - Project under planning stage; April 2021 - Government of Colombia has approved road project; Invias awarded contract for construction of project to CM Putumayo Consortium; December 2020 - Council for Economic and Social Policy of Colombia approved COP9.2trn (USD2.5bn) financing for 22 projects; June 2020 - Possible restart of project after 3 years of being stopped, worries conservationists and indigenous leaders; Project begun in 2011 but the work was stopped in 2017 by possible involvement of forest reserve in the department of Putumayo; Project includes paving 8.3 km of open air road, 11 tunnels totalling 2.8 kilometers and 61 bridges and 15.2 kilometer viaducts and construction of 0.67 km of dual carriageway; Project cost - COP1.2trn
