| 摘要： | The Research-in-Action Users Groups will be open to interested individuals and will recruit officials from state, regional, and local agencies, as well as representatives from the private sector and non-governmental organizations. These groups will provide an open online forum for generating ideas, sharing research results, and developing best-practices and policy strategies that put research findings into action. Discussions will provide an important mechanism for identifying practitioner needs that can be addressed through the National Center's research. The groups will be co-chaired by a designated researcher from among the member institutions and a policy practitioner. The groups will meet virtually by teleconference approximately twice per year. The project expects to launch the first of the groups by summer 2014. |
