项目说明：	September 2021 - Regional Governor of Nuble, Oscar Crisostomo asked the concessionaire of route 5 to design new accesses to Chillan and Chillan Viejo; March 2021 - MOP has awarded a consortium comprising CRCC International Investment and China Railway Construction Corporation; November 2020 - Ministry of Public Works received offers for the second concession of the Talca - Chillan section; November 2019 - Ministry of Public Works has launched tender for the project; Project involves development of dual carriageways, implementation of third tracks, expansion and uniformity of berms, replacement of all road safety and signaling elements, replace old bridges, build service streets, walkways and structures such as bridges, viaducts, railroad crossings, links, returns, crossings, construction of 54km long bypass and adding third lanes between San Carlos and Chillan Viejo; [B&R]
