项目说明：	August 2021 - Truckers still blocked the access to Puerto Indio for their pursuing demands; January 2021 - 200 truckers are stranded over muddy land to intensify the pressure of asphalting the section; December 2020 - Residents of Mbaracayu blocked the road due to unfulfilled promises from Government towards the project; March 2020 - CAF approves USD100mn loan for the project; December 2019 - Tender will be launched in 2020; Project will include construction, asphalt paving and maintenance of the Puerto Indio - Empalme Supercarretera (Itaipu) route in the Department of Alto Parana, Paraguay, it will also include improvements in the area of the Puerto Indio jetty, such as the construction of a service area for trucks at the head of the port, improvements in its loading infrastructure, lighting and security measures
