| 摘要： | Die Folgen von schweren Strassenverkehrsunfaellen sind vielfaeltig. Im Projekt sollen bestehende Angebote fuer Unfallopfer, die infolge eines Verkehrsunfalls unter psychischen Beeintraechtigungen leiden, gesichtet und systematisiert werden. Bestehende Probleme sollen sowohl aus Sicht der Betroffenen als auch der Unterstuetzung anbietenden Institutionen zusammengetragen und analysiert werden. Ziel des Projekts soll es sein, den Handlungsbedarf fuer Forschung und Umsetzung zu identifizieren. Durch eine Systematisierung und Kategorisierung der Leistungen der jeweiligen Institutionen wird eine Uebersicht ueber die in Deutschland zur Verfuegung stehenden Angebote fuer Strassenverkehrsunfallopfer in Form eines "Versorgungsatlas" gewonnen. Versorgungsluecken und der Handlungsbedarf werden aufgezeigt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Angeboten im Hinblick auf die Bewaeltigung psychischer Unfallfolgen. Aufgrund der Komplexitaet der Thematik sind jedoch auch weitere Angebote zu beruecksichtigen, zum Beispiel juristische Hilfen oder soziale Unterstuetzungsangebote. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: There are a wide range of consequences arising from severe road traffic accidents. This research project has as its aim the categorisation and systematisation of existing services for accident victims, who suffer from psychological impairments as a result of a traffic accident. Existing problems are to be collated and analysed not only from the perspective of those affected but also of those institutions offering support. The aim of the project is to identify the actions required for research and implementation. By systematising and categorising the services provided by the respective institutions, an overview is to be gained of the services available in Germany for road traffic victims in the form of a "provision atlas". Both, the gaps in provisions and the need for action are pointed out. The focus here is on services in regard to coping with the psychological consequences of accidents. Due to the complexity of this subject, however, other services also have to be taken into account, such as legal assistance and social support services. |
