| 项目说明： | August 2020 - EC has approved Croatia's plan to extend Bina-Istra's concession term for Istrian Y motorway until 2039 and will allow the EU197mn (USD232mn) investment, which will mainly be used to construct a new 5.63 km long second tube to the Ucka tunnel; April 2019 - MoU will be signed within a month for the project; September 2018 - Construction permit was obtained and an environmental impact study prepared for remaining section up to Matulji; Project includes construction of the second tube of the Ucka Tunnel and completion of the Ipsilon to Matulji; Project is phase II of Pazin - Ucka Tunnel - Matulji Highway and is part of the Istrian Ypsilon network of highways |
