项目说明：	November 2020 - Phase I project expected to be completed by 2024; October 2020 - Groundbreaking ceremony held on phase I; August 2020 - Project approved in PPP form; 52 km of project is in Lang Son province, passing Van Lang district in Trang Dinh district and 63 km in Cao Bang province passing through Thach An district, Quang Hoa district (Phuc Hoa district and former Quang Uyen district), Trung Khanh district (old Tra Linh district), Hoa An district and Cao Bang city; Project will be implemented in 2 phases, Phase I (93 km) from Km0 + 00 at intersection of Tan Thanh border gate area, Lang Son to intersection with Highway 3 at Process Km307 + 650, Quang Hoa - Cao Bang district and Phase II (22 km) from Km93 + 00 intersection with Highway 3 at Km307 + 650 Highway 3, Phuc Sen commune, Quang Hoa district to Km115 + 00 at Tra Linh border gate; Project cost - VND20.939trn
