| 摘要： | The scope of this task order is to provide an on-site contractor on a part-time basis at the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Building in Washington, D.C. The contractor will provide technical and administrative assistance for the Census Transportation Planning Package (CTPP) program in the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Planning for a 24-month period. The contractor will also conduct limited research at the U.S. Census Bureau in Suitland, Maryland, after obtaining "Special Sworn Status." Results must be submitted to the Census Bureau's Disclosure Review Board and written summaries of results and recommendations for further research and testing concepts will be developed. This will include comparisons between "unsuppressed" data to synthetic CTPP records using 2006-2010 ACS survey results at a variety of geographic scales (county, tract, TAZ). Analysis may also include small area (TAZ and tract) comparisons to CTPP 2000. This work requires familiarity with SAS, as SAS is the standard programming language used for ACS processing. |
