| 摘要： | Die "Adaptation der Strassenverkehrsinfrastruktur an den Klimawandel (AdSVIS)" gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung sowohl im nationalen als auch im internationalen Kontext. Vorliegende Forschungsergebnisse werden intensiv in verschiedenen Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen diskutiert und darauf aufbauend verkehrstraegeruebergreifende, nationale und europaweite Strategien und Roadmaps sowie Handlungsempfehlungen erarbeitet. Im Rahmen des Forschungsprogramms arbeiten derzeit unterschiedliche Forschungskonsortien unabhaengig voneinander an 14 Teilprojekten. Um die Bearbeitung aller Projekte effizient zu gestalten und die Zuverlaessigkeit der Forschungsergebnisse zu sichern, ist eine interne Vernetzung des AdSVIS-Forschungsprogrammes zielfuehrend. Hinzu kommt, dass die Ergebnisse der Projekte im internationalen Kontext diskutiert und zum Teil abgestimmt werden muessen, um den europaeischen strassengebundenen Transportfluss aufrecht zu erhalten. Ziele des Projekts sind die Integration der Ergebnisse in eine Anpassungsstrategie fuer den strassengebundenen Verkehr, die Vernetzung des Forschungsprogrammes mit internationalen Forschungspartnern der BASt und die Anbindung an EU-Initiativen, die Vernetzung mit anderen Initiativen, zum Beispiel aus anderen Verkehrsbereichen zur Umsetzung der "Deutschen Anpassungsstrategie an den Klimawandel (DAS)", sowie die Kommunikation der Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen des AdSVIS-Programmes in verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Gremien. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The "Adaptation of road traffic infrastructure to climate change" (AdSVIS) programme is becoming increasingly important both in the national and international context. Existing research findings are intensively debated in various committees and working groups and - based on this - intermodal strategies and roadmaps at the national and European level as well as recommendations for action are drawn up. As part of the research programme, various research consortia are currently independently working on 14 sub-projects. In order to both efficiently structure the handling of all the projects and secure the reliability of the research findings, it has proven expedient to internally network the AdSVIS research programme. Furthermore, the results of the projects have to be discussed - and partly coordinated - in an international context, in order to maintain the road transport flow within Europe. The aim is the integration of the findings into an adaptation strategy for road transport, the networking of the research programme with international research partners of the Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) as well as the linking to EU initiatives, the networking with other initiatives, such as from other areas of transport for the purpose of implementing the "German adaptation strategy to climate change" (DAS), as well as the communication of the results and recommendations to action of the AdSVIS programme to various national and international committees. |
