| 摘要： | This project seeks to develop a new enforcement tool for identifying motor carriers who are spreading safety violations among multiple motor carriers with different USDOT numbers to avoid being identified as high-risk operator(s) to support the MAP-21 requirements at sec. 32111. This will investigate applying procedures identifying carriers who are using the same drivers and/or vehicles used by another carrier, or one who has been put out-of-service. This will assist both the enforcement targeting processes for Compliance Safety Accountability (CSA) enforcement, and possibly the vetting process, which must approve a carrier as being fit, willing and able to comply with the applicable safety and commercial guidelines. |
