| 摘要： | Der Fokus des Projektes eMAP liegt in der Untersuchung und Ermittlung der Marktdurchdringung von Elektrofahrzeugen und deren volkswirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen. Fuer den Zeithorizont 2025 bis 2030 soll mit Hilfe eines Szenario-basierten Marktmodells die Marktdurchdringung der Elektrofahrzeuge in den drei Partnerlaendern Deutschland, Polen und Finnland sowie auf EU-Ebene abgeschaetzt werden. Dazu werden sowohl Erkenntnisse zur Nachfrage- und Angebotsseite durch Konsumentenbefragungen und Expertenbefragungen verwendet. Basierend auf den Ergebnissen der Modellrechnungen werden darueber hinaus die sozio-oekonomischen Wirkungen in Form von Emissionsminderungen, Transportkosten, technologischem Wandel und Sicherheit der Energieversorgung fuer die jeweiligen Szenarien ermittelt. Daneben werden politische Foerdermassnahmen und Strategien zur Markteinfuehrung und ihre Auswirkungen untersucht sowie identifiziert. Letztlich sollen Empfehlungen fuer die politische Foerderung der Marktdurchdringung von Elektrofahrzeugen gegeben werden. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The focus of the project eMAP is to research and evaluate market penetration of electric vehicles and their economic impact. With the help of a scenario-based market model, the market penetration of electric vehicles in the three partner countries Germany, Poland and Finland as well as at EU level is to be assessed during the time frame from 2025 to 2030. Findings on the supply and demand through consumer surveys and expert surveys will also be used. In addition, the socio-economic impacts in the form of emission reduction, transport costs, technological change and security of energy supply for the respective scenarios will be determined based on the results of the model calculations. Furthermore, the political assistance measures and strategies of the market launch and its effects will be analysed and identified. Finally, recommendations on the political support for the market penetration of electric vehicles are to be given. |
