| 摘要： | Die Bundesanstalt fuer Strassenwesen (BASt) ist innerhalb des vom Bundesministerium fuer Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) gefoerderten Verbundprojektes UR:BAN (Benutzergerechte Assistenzsysteme und Netzmanagement) in der Projektsaeule Kognitive Assistenz (KA) im Teilprojekt "Wirkfeld - Effektivitaet - Recht" beteiligt. Bei UR:BAN handelt es sich um das Nachfolgeprojekt zu AKTIV. In UR:BAN stehen Fahrerassistenzsysteme (FAS) insbesondere fuer den urbanen Raum im Fokus, teils auch mit erhoehtem Automatisierungsgrad - im Vergleich zu aktuell verfuegbaren FAS. Dabei geht es bei den in UR:BAN KA zu entwickelnden FAS insbesondere um den Schutz schwaecherer Verkehrsteilnehmer, um Kollisionsvermeidung durch Ausweichen und Bremsen sowie um Entlastung des Fahrers durch kontinuierliche Quer- und Laengsregelunterstuetzung. Im Teilprojekt "Wirkfeld - Effektivitaet - Recht" analysiert die BASt potenziell adressierbare Unfaelle auf Basis der GIDAS-Datenbank. Schwerpunkt sind auch rechtliche Fragestellungen waehrend der Entwicklung der FAS. Applikationen koennen so ausgelegt werden, dass von vornherein rechtlich konflikttraechtige Situationen ausgeschlossen werden. Die BASt plant, im Rahmen des Projekts zwei Workshops mit juristischem Schwerpunkt durchzufuehren. Somit bringt sie ihre Expertise in juristischer Hinsicht und im Hinblick auf die Unfallforschung ein. Weitere Informationen sind unter www.urban-online.org verfuegbar. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The BASt participates in the KA pillar (Cognitive Assistance) of the subproject "Active field - Effectiveness - Law" of the cooperative project UR:BAN sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. UR:BAN is the follow-up project of AKTIV. In UR:BAN, the focus is on Driver Assistance Systems (DAS) which are especially designed for urban spaces, some of them with an increased degree of automation compared to the latest available DAS. The DAS which is to be developed in UR:BAN KA especially deals with the protection of vulnerable road users, the collision avoidance by swerving and braking, the support of the driver by means of a continuous transverse and longitudinal control system. In the subproject "Active field - Effectiveness - Law", the BASt analyzes potentially addressable accidents on the basis of the GIDAS database. Another focus is on the legal aspects during the development of the FAS. This will enable applications to be designed in way to exclude legal conflict-laden situations from the start. The BASt intends to hold two workshops with a legal focus in order to contribute both its legal and its accident research expertise.
