| 摘要： | Dieses Projekt sichert fuer das Verkehrsministerium Informationen ueber den gegenwaertigen Zustand und die Entwicklung des Betriebes und der Befoerderung im System Ro-La (Rollende Landstrasse) auf der Linie Lovosice-Dresden und ueber weitere damit zusammenhaengende Dienstleistungen. In den Jahren 2000 und 2001 sind Ergebnisse dieser Taetigkeit fuer das Verkehrsministerium im Rahmen des Projektes "Konzept der Reorganisierung des Verkehrssystems im Nordboehmischen Region", in das Bestreben eingeflossen, einen moeglichst grossen grossen Teil des Lkw-Verkehrs von der Autobahn D 8 in andere Verkehrssysteme umzuleiten. Die Ergebnisse der Verfolgung vorgegebener Kennziffern dienen als eine Unterlage bei internationalen Verhandlungen des Verkehrsministeriums und bei Entscheidungen ueber weitere Entwicklung und die Unterstuetzung des Kombiverkehrs. Im Ergebnis soll das Projekt zur Senkung von Transportkosten und zu einer Reduzierung der Umweltbelastung beitragen. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The study deals with the regular evaluation of transportation by the Ro-La system, which at present in the Czech Republic is operated only on the Lovosice - Dresden line. In 2000 and 2001 for Department 210 of the MTC the opportunity of increasing the carriage on this line in the framework of the "Conception of reorganisation of the transport system in the North Bohemia region" with the aim to transfer as much truck traffic as possible from the motorway D8 to other transport systems was analysed, including other proposals on the promotion of combined transport. Monitoring of results of mentioned indicators development serve as a basis for international sessions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Czech Republic and for decision making regarding further progress and support of combined transport. The project will contribute to transport cost reduction and to environmental improvement. |
