| 摘要： | The current American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) code for pavement design requires the characterization of the resilient modulus of both subbase and subgrade soils. A Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) proposed study on the effectiveness of various reclamation methods on pavement performance requires the characterization of the resilient modulus of the subbase soils both before and after reclamation activities. A pavement resurfacing project planned for Route 165 in Rhode Island later this year (2012) will provide the opportunity to conduct the study over the 7 mile stretch of highway. |
