With funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation, there are several ongoing activities attempting to define, learn, and collect mobile data that are available currently and in the future. The primary objective of this research is to examine and gain a better understating of mobile data, current and in the future, that can be used to enhance the weather-responsive traffic management models. |
