| 摘要： | This research will promote activities to support the National Strategy to Reduce Congestion on America's Transportation Network initiative and other initiatives to link operations and planning. Research may focus on road congestion pricing and private sector involvement in transportation investment management and operations. This research will support work to advance and improve congestion management processes and the evaluation of operational improvement strategies development of new tools and programs for understanding analyzing and responding to congestion problems and activities such as websites publications and brochures for information dissemination training and technical assistance toolkits case studies site visits peer exchanges conferences and workshops. |
