摘要：	Zentrales Ziel des Verbundprojektes Leiser Strassenverkehr 3 ist die Entwicklung von Massnahmen zur Reduzierung der Laermemission in Ballungsraeumen. Effektive Beitraege zur Geraeuschreduzierung sollen ein akustisch optimierter Antriebsachsenreifen fuer den Regionalverkehr sowie die Entwicklung innovativer leiser Strassenbelaege liefern. Die gestellten Ziele sollen durch die Anwendung neuer Technologien, neuartiger Materialien und mittels des hierfuer entwickelten Modells SPERoN erreicht werden. Mit den geplanten geraeuschreduzierenden Massnahmen wird eine Reduzierung des Strassenverkehrslaerms von 4 bis 6 dB(A) gegenueber dem heutigen Stand der Technik angestrebt. Projektbegleitend soll eine Kommunikationsplattform eingerichtet werden, um der Fachwelt und dem wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs die Ergebnisse zu praesentieren und Forschungsarbeiten zu unterstuetzen. In dem Verbundprojekt arbeiten insgesamt 15 Partner aus Industrie und Forschung zusammen. Die Bundesanstalt fuer Strassenwesen (BASt) hat die Aufgabe der wissenschaftlichen Leitung und Koordination der Arbeiten im Verbund sowie die Validierung und Bewertung der Forschungsergebnisse uebernommen. Das Bundesministerium fuer Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) foerdert das Verbundprojekt mit circa fuenf Millionen Euro. Das Projekt ist auf einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren angelegt. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The main goal of the cooperative project Silent Road Traffic 3 is the development of measures to reduce noise emission in conurbations. Effective contributions to noise reduction include an acoustically optimised tyre for powered axles in regional public traffic as well as the development of innovative, silent road surfaces. The goals are to be achieved by using new technologies, new materials and the SPERoN model, which was developed for this purpose. The noise-reduction measures planned are intended to lower the road traffic noise level by 4 to 6 dB(A) as compared to the current state of the art. In parallel with this project, a communication platform is to be established to present the results to specialists in the field and young scientists as well as to support research work. A total of 15 partners from industry and science contribute to the cooperative project. The BASt has the role of scientific manager and coordinator of the cooperative work and provides validation and evaluation of the research results. The Federal Ministry for Economy and Technology funds the cooperative project to the amount of approximately five million euros. The project is planned to run for a period of three years.
