| 摘要： | The purpose of this study is to conduct a systems review to characterize the impacts of environmental justice (EJ) on transportation planning in the state departments of transportation (DOTs) and specifically in Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The results of this study will provide GDOT staff with the necessary information to demonstrate the specific ways in which Environmental Justice factors are being considered in the transportation planning and decision making process and the impacts that this has had on transportation planning, and to identify ways to improve the existing process to achieve (or exceed) best practice standards. |
