摘要：	High speed movement of vehicles through construction work zones increases the risk and severity of crashes to both motorists and construction workers. This project will develop cost effective and scalable performance measures to identify location and time of day when enforcement could/should be targeted and develop quantitate estimates of the potential benefit of automated enforcement.
