Use of an Innovative Recycling Agent for Improving the Sustainability and Durability of Asphalt Pavements
项目名称: Use of an Innovative Recycling Agent for Improving the Sustainability and Durability of Asphalt Pavements
摘要: The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Lewis acids in increasing the reclaimed asphalt pavements (RAP) percentage incorporated in asphalt pavement by promoting the interaction of RAP binders with virgin asphalts. In doing so, it is expected to reduce the cost of virgin materials, save valuable natural resources, and contribute to environmental protection in the construction of new pavements.
