| 摘要： | This project aims to address the key remaining obstacles to general deployment of PedPal, a mobile app that assists pedestrians with disabilities in safely crossing signalized intersections. Tasks include developing sufficiently accurate localization to enable active monitoring of progress during crossing, generalizing the app to accommodate complex intersections, developing an Apple Watch interface for wheelchair users, and alerting the presence of disabled pedestrians to approaching vehicles. |
