| 摘要： | Chip seals have been widely used by agencies as a method of preventative maintenance to help prolong the life of suitable roads. However, many complaints surround the use of chip seals such as loose rocks causing vehicle damage. To address these concerns some agencies have incorporated the use of a fog seal. This project will determine the cost-effectiveness of fog sealing over chip sealed roads and develop a best practices manual for agencies and contractors. |
