| 摘要： | This study will document best practices that could be implemented within INDOT projects. Due to the typical unsystematic nature of development of detour mapping and coordination plans, the local communities, drivers, and associated stakeholders might encounter unforeseen indirect risks and losses. Implementation of the study results can help reduce these indirect risks and losses and provide benefits in terms of reduced MOT costs to the agency, travel delay costs to road users, and business disruptions for community businesses. |
