| 摘要： | Ohio is currently using calibrated national Safety Performance Functions for all the site types in AASHTO's Highway Safety Manual (HSM) to make them specific for Ohio. However, the calibrated freeway segment SPFs appear to be performing poorly when estimating peer group and long term average crash frequencies. The freeway SPFs used for predicted and expected crash frequencies need to be refined to increase the accuracy. The goal of this research is to increase reliability of crash estimation on freeway segments. |
