    摘要:  As car power-train mounting system becomes one of the key factors to enhancing driving comfort,riding comfort and NVH property of the automobiles.A certain miniature container car power-train mounting system is simplified as an inertial-elastomer model in an equivalent way in the paper.ANSYS-APDL is applied in model analysis and transient dynamics analysis of power-train mounting system.Vibration isolation ratio is set as objective function to optimize the model so that a reference is provided for vibration isolation optimization of power-train mounting system.

    摘要:  DistributedDrive Electric Vehicles(DDEV)canachievethe best energy-savingrunning state of electric vehicle in real time.The driving efficiency characteristics of in-wheel motor have been achieved through in-wheel motor characteristics experiment,a-nalysis of the principle of vehicle energy-saving through optimal torque allocation was proposed.Combining the advantages of methods to improve the motor efficiency and motor response speed,optimized torque energy-saving allocation strategy was presented based on fuzzy weight coefficient,then optimized front axle torque allocation coefficient was obtained.Simulation and contrast analysis of vehicle energy consumption in vehicle driving cycle was carried on in ways of rear axle drive,average torque allocation and optimized torque energy-sav-ing allocation,the results show that the optimized torque energy-saving allocation strategy can decrease the energy consumption up to ap-proximately 0.058KJ and 0.117KJ per unit mileage comparing with the rear axle drive and average torque allocation.The road test also verified the energy-saving effect of the optimized torque energy-saving allocation algorithm.

    摘要:  In order to study the shoulder injury mechanisms and injury process,a finite element model of drivers'shoulder is modeled with anatomical structureslikehumerus,clavicle,scapula,jointsand ligaments.The model accurately reflects the shoulder of a Chinese 50th percent human body both in size and geometric features to improve the precision of the simulation.Quasi-static and dynamic three point bending simulation tests are carried out for clavicle and humerus according to thepost-mortem human subjects in literature.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The shoulder model is coupled with thorax model to simulate the side impact,and the simulation result accurately predicts the fracture of clavicle.

    摘要:  Fatigue is the main failure mode of engine's complicated components like cylinder heads.Hence,an accurate life model would help direct anti-fatigue methods.However,because cylinder heads undergo complex thermal and mechanical loadings,it would be very difficult to conduct tests which can completely simulate the thermo-mechanical fatigue condition.In this study,in order to evaluate the fatigue time of cylinder heads with high efficiency,since cylinder heads' lifetimes are decided by the low cycle fatigue areas on its fire deck,this critical location should be highlighted.A near-components-shaped specimen “valve bridge sample” were designed and then tested on a one-way pull-press fatigue machine.By comparing the measured fatigue lifetimes from tests to the calculated ones from four life prediction formulas,a preferable formula was selected to establish the original lifetime model.Then,taking into account that material related parameters like yield limit would decrease under high temperature,the original lifetime model was corrected by adopting the temperature factor “t”.Finally,the availability and accuracy of the life model were validated.

    摘要:  To improve vehicle dynamic performance and vibration energy recovery ability,a kind of regenerative semi-active suspension with electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)was put forward.Based on the structure analyses of the semi-active suspension,the EHA mathematical model with hydraulic system and Energy recovery unit was established.The EHA prototype was designed and its test system was developed.The damping and regenerative characteristics of the semi-active suspension with EHA were studied by the bench tests and simulation analyses.The results show that the increasing of the motor external resistance will make the the damping force drop.However,increasing the external resistance can improve the energy recovery efficiency of the suspension.The experimental results are consistent with the results of the simulation,which shows that the EHA model established is correct.

    摘要:  The fifth wheel location has a directly effect on the vehicle performance,including the ride comfort,handling stability and fuel consumption.This paper aims at studying the effect of fifth wheel location on handling stability by combining the theory analysis and simulation.A simplified model to calculate axle loads was established in first and verified by simulating.The analysis results have shown that the axle loads of 1st,4th,5th and 6th are increasing along with the front offset of fifth wheel while the axle loads of 2nd and 3rd are decreasing.Further,the handling stability is evaluated by considering the on center handling,stable steer,steer returnability and steer handiness.And the results denote that increasing the front offset will improve the handling stability on the whole.

    摘要:  Based on finite element analysis and structural optimization methods,light-weight design of low control arm for multilink suspension were carried out.Finite element modeling and strength analysis of the original scheme were conducted in OptiStruct,then structural and sizing optimization were conducted to obtain the optimal scheme,reducing the weight by 15%.Finally fatigue specification was performed to confirm the feasibility and reliability of the final scheme,It is concluded that the structural analysis and optimization methods are effective to obtain the optimal light-weight design for automotive suspension parts.
