| 摘要： | To get the success in Public Private Partnership projects, financial planning pays very crucial role. So it is very much necessary to scrutinize a financial planning in national highway projects. Financing requirement of construction industry is unique and complex. There is demand for finance at each and every stage of National Highway projects. To get fund from the Bank to complete the project is not getting desire attention. Hence there is need to have more exposure to banking finance in this sector to give fillip to the sluggish economic growth in India. The Public Private Partnership (PPP) has introduced lot of BOT tools, out of which DBFOT is seems to be very effective tools in highway projects. In DBFOT projects, a total cost of the project depends on its risk and its duties in the investment. The whole process of designing .constructing and operating is prepared and executed by the concessionaire on its own risk. So its transfer the whole risk from employer to the concessionaire. |
