| 摘要： | With increasing emphasis on sustainability in highway construction, government agencies and private organizations are seeking efficient tools and strategies to assess environmental impact of construction processes such as construction materials and operations. The challenge lies in identifying appropriate tools. This paper presents a survey and classification of the available tools for assessing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions within the organizational landscape of the pavement construction industry. The contribution of this paper lies in developing an understanding of the complex coupling between the technical and organizational challenges of implementing tools for assessing and monitoring GHG emissions of highway design and construction. |
