" Governor Schwarzenegger's order has foreseen the United States struggling with the socio-economic aftershocks of the dependence on foreign oil. Hydrogen economy is a likely long-term solution to the dependence on oil, global warming, and clean air concerns associated with the transportation sector. Production of hydrogen from domestic fossil resources, while a short-term alternative, is inferior to electrolysis utilizing renewable energy as a comprehensive solution to clean transportation. |
