摘要：	Driver Availability Monitoring Systems (DAMS) for Automated Driving Systems (ADS) (SAE Level 3 and 4) are an integral measure to ensure road safety. A DAMS system must ensure that the driver is available, ready, willing and able to take back control of the vehicle from automated mode safely. The aim of this study was to suggest as many of the DAMS system requirements as feasible and finalise the preliminary list of items that should be covered by requirements and tests in the future DAMS technical annex.
