| 摘要： | This report describes the structure and assembly of the remote sensing database created for the CRC Project No. E-3, 'Improved Mobile Source Emissions Inventories.' One of the primary objectives of the E-3 project was to assemble a master database containing all data associated with remote sensing studies and instrumentation. This report describes the groups contacted for contributions and documents the data submitted and assembled. This report details the way the database was assembled, from the initial compilation of potential data sources and request for contributions, through the developemnt of the database structure, to the databases as it exists at the present time. Database access and naming conventions are addressed. Finally, the appendices, which are assembled by data contributor, provide lookup tables on the data available in the database. |
