| 摘要： | This report presents an evaluation of the performance of the equipment involved in an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) on the Borman Expressway. The report first gives an overview of the Borman Expressway ATMS, including the system architecture, the surveillance system, the communications system, the incident response system, and the effect of institutional issues. Next, the goals, objectives, and hypotheses of this evaluation are listed. The results of the evaluation are then discussed and conclusions are offered. |
