| 摘要： | This report describes efforts towards developing an intelligent transportation systems (ITS) deployment plan for the Austin metropolitan area in Texas. ITS issues, strategies, and technologies are discussed. The focus of the study is to support the future operational tests and implementation of ITS user services by different agencies. The three primary objectives for the study are: 1) develop an organizational structure; 2) develop an area wide ITS plan; and, 3) deploy the plan on the IH 35 corridor. |
