| 摘要： | The Orange County, California, Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems (IVHSs) Study has developed a framework under which advanced technologies will be deployed to improve the operation of the county's highway and public transportation system. The most significant challenge of the study was to reconcile an overall high-level transportation vision with the needs, concerns, responsibilities, and financial limitations of all the local and regional agencies. The process used to develop a regional IVHS strategic plan is described and a review of the required areas of emphasis in developing such a plan is discussed. |
