| 摘要： | This study focuses on the legal constraints affecting the deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). It begins with an introduction to ITS technologies and presents a summary of legal research to date. The study identifies the various participants in ITS and the legal relationships which affect them. Both current and anticipated legal constraints are discussed. A review and critique of the various approaches that have been proposed or attempted in managing legal constraints is also presented. |
