| 摘要： | The ORANGES Field Operational Test (FOT) will implement a central stored value system using a clearinghouse system to be operated by Touch Technology Inc. (TTI). Payment transactions with smart card readers operated by individual agencies will be transmitted to the ORANGES clearinghouse for reimbursement. The long-term ORANGES plan involves Central Florida residents and tourists using the prepaid accounts for many purposes. |
