| 摘要： | Congestion is becoming a big problem in the Twin Cities and finding/creating solutions for it is an even bigger problem. This workshop explored the growing traffic congestion problem in the Twin Cities, examined the role of market-based or value pricing solutions in the region, and proposed an action plan for value pricing in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. |
