| 摘要： | The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for including ITS equipment and technologies as part of traditional transportation construction or maintenance projects. This document is not intended to simplify the planning process, rather it is intended to help with a specific part of the planning process. The intended audience of this document includes state and local transportation implementers and project developers as well as U.S. DOT field offices. Although planners are not the primary audience, close coordination between planners and transportation engineers is essential to the application of this guidance. |
