| 摘要： | This report by Ray Derr of the Transportation Research Board, was originally presented August 27, 2001,at the AASHTO ATS Subcommittee Meeting in Norfolk, VA. It outlines many of the TRB's ITS related activities, including Recent Publications, Upcoming Conferences, and Projects and Studies. It includes links to full reports and/or memos and topical areas related to key projects and studies. A sampling of ongoing NCHRP projects includes: Systems Engineering Processes for Developing Traffic Signal Systems (Synthesis), Transportation Planning and Management for Special Events (Synthesis), Performance Measures of Operational Effectiveness for Highway Segments and Systems (Synthesis), Incorporating ITS into the Transportation Planning Process, and Assessment of Sharing Information Between Public Safety and Transportation Agencies for Traffic-Incident Management (contract pending). |
