| 摘要： | The pedestrian experience is dependent upon numerous qualitative factors that are not addressed in customary level-of-service analyses. This paper outlines a process by which such factors can be used to analyze pedestrian systems. Nine specific evaluation measures are described, followed by an account of their application in Winter Park, Florida. |
