| 摘要： | Road traffic in many parts of Switzerland is reaching the limits of network capacity. The Swiss government has introduced measures to protect the Alps from the negative effects of heavy traffic. The Swiss transport policy has the objectives of sustainable mobility, protection of the natural environment, enhancement of traffic safety and economic efficiency. The components of the Swiss intelligent transport system (ITS)-based strategies are described: Swiss road telematics guidelines, Vision 2010; distance-related heavy vehicle fee; mobility car sharing system; and real-time traffic information systems. National -International standardisation, technology transfer, optimised road maintenance strategies, and an integrated traffic safety policy are important components of the ITS-based strategy. |
